But what if we tell you that this same CBD nestles within itself many heritage gems that are of utmost importance and pride to Singapore?

Starting Point: Chinatown MRT Exit A
Reporting time: 7:15am
Starting time: 7:30am
Tentative ending time: 9:30am
Ending Point: Fort Canning Park
Approximate distance to cover: 4km from Chinatown MRT to Fort Canning Park. Avid walkers can chart a few more kilometers by exploring Fort Canning Park after snacks.
Fort Canning Walk (Optional) - 9:30am to 10am
- Includes a snack pack that will be given at the end of the walk
- Same for MMS Members and NonMembers
- Applicable to participants above 3 yrs. No fees for participants below 3yrs of age.
The walk is supported by trekkers@sg as Organising partners and National Integration Council as Integration Guidance Partner.
The walk will be guided by experience Museum docents, trekkers@sg volunteers and MMS Volunteers.
Rain or shine - the walk goes on. So do bring an umbrella. Also bring a water bottle and supplementary snacks if required for the walk. A light snack pack and a water bottle will be given at the end of the walk.
