महाराष्ट्र दिन विशेष - बॉक्स क्रिकेट!!

Tournament Format

Total of 12 teams will be participating in the tournament.
The participating team shall comprise of at least 6 players and maximum of up to 7 players.
Composition of team can be Male or Female gender and shall be at least 12 years and above as of 1 May 2023.
12 teams will be divided into 2 Groups (Group A & B)
Top 2 teams from each group will qualify for Semi finals
Winners among Semi-finals will qualify for Final
Each Team will get 6 overs of 6 balls each (Total 36 balls)
Everyone will bowl including wicket-keeper
Each pair will get maximum 2 overs to bat. There will no Sixers, only Fours allowed
Matches will be played in Round-Robbin format
Each team gets to play minimum of 5 matches
Soft ball for matches will be provided by organizers.
Participants will get Complimentary Tournament T-Shirt, Cap and medal.
Provision of alternative venue in case of wet weather condition.

Team Registration: team names of the historical forts in Maharashtra (as per the list below) shall be assigned to individual teams by the organisers.
